Fair Oaks Estates is a secure gated community that offers Assisted Living and Memory Care for older adults with dementia. Our 63-bedroom community is located on four beautiful acres in Carmichael California. Our spacious private and shared studio apartments offer excellent views of mature landscaping and colorful courtyards.
We provide specialized care plans specific to the unique needs of each resident. We work with families, doctors, and other support groups to ensure we provide the right amount of care and attention, but not so much that we inhibit independence.

Carmichael Award Program Honors the Achievement
CARMICHAEL July 15, 2020 — Fair Oaks Estates Inc. has been selected for the 2020 Best of Carmichael Award in the Assisted Living Community category by the Carmichael Award Program.
Each year, the Carmichael Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Carmichael area a great place to live, work and play.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2020 Carmichael Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Carmichael Award Program and data provided by third parties.

- All Access is currently locked and rigorously monitored.
- We began strict visitation access to our facility at the beginning of March and will continue to be extremely selective when we allow entry by anyone.
- The Elderly and those with underlying health conditions are at a heightened risk of complications. As of now, there are no confirmed cases in our area.
Virtual Visit at Fair Oaks Estates
